Donald Trump Responds to Clinton’s Health: “I Hope She Gets Well Soon”

Donald Trump broke from his usual criticism of Hillary Clinton on Monday in a statement made on Fox News: “I hope she gets well soon. I don’t know what’s going on.” Trump has routinely questioned Clinton’s health on the campaign trail due to the Democratic nominee’s routine coughing fits.

“I just hope she gets well and gets back on the trail and we’ll be seeing her at the debate.”

Trump has yet to release the results of his own physical examination. The Republican stated that he’ll be releasing the results soon and he believes that the numbers will be good. Trump has stated, “I feel great, but when the numbers come in, I’ll be releasing very, very specific numbers.”

Trump is slated to be on the “Dr. Oz Show” on Thursday, where he will reveal his own personal health routine.

The billionaire’s campaign has done their best to avoid discussing Clinton’s health following her leaving the 9/11 memorial. Videos surfaced on social media showing two women holding Clinton up as she leaned on a concrete post. She stumbled backward when she stood and seemed to almost fall when trying to enter her vehicle, being caught by the secret service.

Clinton was rushed to her daughter’s house and emerged an hour later in what seemed to be better health. It was announced that Clinton was diagnosed with a pneumonia.
